Personal Training Specific to your needs choose from a "Variety of Sessions"

  1. 1 on 1 -  home or office  - 1 hour session 
-  fitness assessment to determine where you are now, help you move forward with specific training to improve cardiovascular, muscle conditioning, stretch & strengthen all major muscle groups for complete balance and much more designed for your needs.

                                                                                            Each session $50.00

2. Physical assessment, corrective body posture alignment, assess your technique and assist you in progressive training with equipment you choose to meet your needs.

Online access to keep you going for 3 - 4weeks                                            Fee         $90.00

3.  - Physical Assessment, posture alignment, learn proper structural integration exercises to improve how you move, increase energy, breathing techniques.  Online training system specific to your needs, design a progress training program for you so you will continue a life long active lifestyle you will love.  (learn how to keep going)               

Online program for 1 month plus 4 -1 hour sessions.  Similar to the first two plus online program you can follow with a one on one session each week reassess & personalize the program best to suite your goals
