Description:
This class is 3 days a week, Mon/Wed Aqua Jogging choose deep or shallow water.  Deep water has the option of being tethered or moving with water belts, shallow water has options of deeper water not touching or touching bottom.  Interval training is the training principle using a  large variety of formulas such as the new Tabata, HITT and many more proven to be effective with proven research.  On Friday we are all in the shallow water the Aquatic cardio movements are latin moves like Aqua Zumba other party cardio combos moves & strength resistance training. All major muscle groups are incorporated in this balanced workout  keeping you moving.  We always begin with a warm-up and cool down with dynamic stretching opening up joints, releasing tension in muscles ,breath work and more.  Work at your own pace and intensity options for all in every class.  Experience a workout better than using weight training, high cardiovascular yet low impact.  Increase cardiovascular abilities, muscular endurance and strength, flexibility and much much more.  This class continues all year long only taking holidays off.  Join class any time do 1 to 3 times per week.  Work this into your schedule for the best workout you can experience.  Safe for those with arthritis, recovering from injuries, cancer, heart,  joint problems and much more.  Water exercise may offer a modality that is safe yet effective for improving living and playing on land. Injured from running or over use from training water is the place you want to come to continue your training as you heal. These gains are made in a buoyant yet resistive environment where gravity-based impact may be controlled, range of motion is enhanced and the danger of falling is minimized.  Circulation is enhanced in muscles and organs and much more.

Class Description:  Beginner to advanced level:  Move safely through the water, with lots of options to meet your personal needs.  Balanced muscle, increase strength with this total body workout.  Shallow and deep water. Note: offers all the modifications you need to work at your best abilities.  Improve fitness abilities.

Description: Fun fast moving class lots of aquatic moves with many options.  Aqua Latin moves similar to Zumba., BOOT Camp & Tabata intervals.  Lots of suspension, turbulence that helps train heart rate, muscle strength, power, endurance, balance, circulation and flexibility increased and so much more. A FUN pool party
