This class has been together for 35 years.  We are a beginner to advanced class.  Many options provided for all to work to abilities.  Class has lots of variety from Dance Fit, Cardio Kcik box, step, BOSU, New Body, Non Impact, BOOT Camp, Interval Curcuit and much more.  FUN is high on our agenda!

Description: This is a progressive class.  Proper form and technique taught and enforced for safety - best results.

Beginner, intermediate to advanced levels with options for all to choose.  This fun invigorating class teaches many styles of programs new and old with balanced warm-ups, cardio & muscle strength, endurance and cool down relaxation for recovery.  Learn what your heart rate should be to work effectively & efficiently & why.

Anne Parr Fitness Instructor Specialist [email protected]       Can-Fit-Pro PRO TRAINER Fitness Instructor Specialist Certified

This class is used for training Can-Fit-Pro Fitness Instructor Specialists who are completing their certification.  Occasionally new candidates will join the class to learn and to do their practical exam.  If I have a large group taking the course I will divide them up so they will not overcrowd the room.  Your feed back is important for their growth as we will all be mentoring these new canfitpro Fitness Instructor Specialists.
