TIME: 9:15 am - 10:15 am

Price: $50.00 for DROP IN PASS 10 Classes


  • Class lass continues all year long only taking holidays off.  
  • Join class any time do 1 to 3 times per week.

  • each time  or buy 10 PASSES or more passes 1 -3 x week. Open to General Public & Students

Description: 3 days a week  Mon/Wed/Friday

  • Aqua Jogging Mon/Wed -choose deep or shallow water. - option of being tethered or moving with water belts - shallow water has options of deeper water not touching or touching bottom.  - Interval training - Tabata, HITT  + - proven effective researched based.  
  • Friday all in shallow water - Aquatic cardio - latin moves like Aqua Zumba - party cardio combos moves with strength resistance training. All major muscle groups incorporated - balanced workout  - keeping you moving. FUN

Class Description:  Beginner to advanced level:  Move safely through the water, with lots of options to meet your personal needs.  Balanced muscle, increase strength with this total body workout.  Shallow and deep water. Note: offers all the modifications you need to work at your best abilities to Improve functional abilities.

Description: Fast moving class lots of aqua dance - combo moves with many options.  Aqua Latin similar to Zumba - BOOT Camp - Tabata intervals.  Suspension, turbulence helps train heart rate - muscle strength -power - endurance - balance - circulation - flexibility increased.  A FUN pool party
