canfitpro FIS Michelle  - I have been doing well. I have been teaching in person at the Kenora Rec Center and also on Zoom with a group of Kenora Fitness Instructors on
I have also taken my Healthy Eating and Weightloss coach as well. So far so good! I think I will do more of that coaching in the fall. Anyways hope all is well with you too. 

canfitpro FIS Megan - I am still plugging away teaching spin 5x a week and hiit/pilates once a week! Going great. :)

canfitpro FIS Melanie -  So far we have just been keeping on with our in person classes. Amy and I are alternating Mondays as she has taken on many personal training clients, but other than that I am just the filler for now. I am loving the warm up and cool down routine I have created to cover all the body parts to get started in our class and give everything a good stretch at the end. I have my classes on interval times or work to rest, and I have it almost down to the second of starting and finishing in the hour!

That was just a great exercise program this morning. Felt so energetic all day.  
Interesting combo with cardio and some 🧘‍♀️ yoga. 
 I really feel I’m getting stronger thanks to your program.  
 Sorry I can’t come on Thursday. 
I’m taking line 💃 dancing -more for my brain than feet.  
You are a great teacher! Marvellous.
